Game 4 Review - The Cats cough up a hair ball

Another game, another loss. Although not everyone will agree with me, I think we played alright. It's not like we aren't trying hard enough, there just seems to be too many errors. On a positive note, we finally won a coin toss !

I'm open to suggestions if anyone knows how we can do better....

Game 4 was the second time we faced the Lounge Lizards but this time no-one got injured. The weather was warm and the beer was cold. Not much else to report.

Game 3 Review - almost, but not quite.

Well, game 3 against the "Hard Drivers" ended up as 9-6 loss for the Cats !

It's not that we sucked, it's just that they sucked less. It was a well played, fun game and it just turned out that they could bat better than us ! Not just the guys either, thier girls were pretty impressive too. We had our fair share of decent cracks at the bat but they all seemed to go directly to someone.

Game 3 brought the return of the opposition pitcher's 70's brown stretch pants that looked uncomfortably tight. At least they weren't as tight as her shorts last year and consequently didn't reveal as much of her anatomy !
